Decided to try Noom. Seems like a good program, but not working for me. Initially lost some, then slowly continued to gain and gain. Last few weeks started to incorporate some fasting. It seems to be working. Going back to low carb. Hoping to find a balance with the fasting that works for me. Would like to avoid strict Keto (<20 carbs) like I did in the past. Work in progress.
