I tried to do vegan for about 2 weeks, it was miserable. I need meat!!! I actually didn’t lose any weight at all and kept my calories under 1300 a day! That doesn’t make any sense. This week I went back to counting calories and have already dropped almost 2 pounds…I am meant to have meat apparently. So this is what I will continue doing, counting calories and not excluding any food.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
