I'm so frustrated. I've walked 6.5 miles in the last 7 days, had a total of 47000 steps, watched what I ate, cut way back on drinking and i've seen no results.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
