I felt like I went a little crazy yesterday with the quest bar since I haven't really tested them to see how my body reacts. They give my friend a pretty bad sugar spike. And I dgad about "net carbs" if I don't follow whole carb counts then I gain.
But it worked out. down another 1.1 for 270.5.

122.7 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 63.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you! I also use TOTAL carb counts as well - if I use net only, I tend to eat too many.
