I've lost 8 pounds since I was last here, which has been quite a while. At least I'm going in the right direction. The only thing I'm doing is intermittent fasting. I eat nothing after 6 PM until a 10 AM breakfast. Seems to work well for me! It's slow, but steady and I don't get hungry so I think I'll stay with this until it doesn't work any more.
