Pretty good drop! Cannot complain about this :) Just a little bit more to go and I'll be roughly where I left off before the sudden peak. I'm keeping my eating clean, calories medium, NC's low. Monday is our wedding anniversary so there is a possibility of a high carb meal and then twisting my system again. Not sure if thats going to be a good or bad thing but we'll see.
