After a full month of behaving myself, my weight didn't change at all, which was... irritating.

Hopefully I've finally broken that stall, as it's started coming down again.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 37.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
