My first 2 goals were to be down to 200lb by Victoria day weekend (6 weeks) and 190 by Canada day weekend (another 6 weeks). I knew they were going to be difficult goals losing 32lbs in 12 weeks. But I came close to the first one and lost 17.4lbs. Still pretty damn good! Not gonna change my second goal. Which means I have another 6 weeks to lose 14.6lbs. Softball starts next week, so I'm hoping with the extra exercise I can make it 🤞

Thanks Rishi and Nadja! Being single with a high stress job, I know my relationship with food was bad. I always ordered in or got fast food and over indulged on snacks. I find using the app keeps me accountable for the things I'm putting in my body and meal planning has kept me away from take out for 6 weeks
