Weighted in earlier then my once a week I have allowed myself, I lost .4 lbs. Doing OK on eating well. I just need to get the exercise up. It is hard when my husband is a true enabler :( I will weigh in again on Friday like I had in my original plan to see what I would have lost in the week.
