I've been really good on my 1000 calories or less - plus water intake - plus playing tennis - but I'm just stuck right now between 140-142. I have to travel tomorrow for interviews and for family, so I'm hoping to stay strong (but they are eating-pressurers for sure) and when I get back on Sunday to be back in the 130's. I thought a few days ago when I came in at 140.0 that I would surely wake up lighter - but no dice.
Happy 4th everyone! If I don't check in before then, may the self control be with you! <3

Hang tight girl! Do the best you can. This weekend is a tough with all the picnics and parties.

I would give it a bit longer. These things happen. If it lasts mroe than a week you may have hit a plateau which means your body has adjusted to 1000 calories. If that is the case, you may need to drop it lower. Although 1000 is pretty low already. How tall are you?

I see your bio says 5'10. I wouldn't go below 1000 unless you really are in a plateau and just can't break out.

Good - I'm an ex-tennis player - but I play almost every day between 30 minutes and an hour. It's not great but it's good :) I think I hit a plateau (I believe 140 is my "set point" and I just need to tough through this. Most days I'm between 800-900 calories - but very nutritious calories (undergrad is in nutrition). I have a very low weight goal and I need to get more serious in coming weeks if I am going to continue progress. (Last time it meant 750 calories a day and intense cardio + tennis). And yes, I am 5'10" but with a small frame ;)

P.s. The biggest thing for me is that with an ED history I have not binged / purged just healthy consistent choices. I am keeping enough energy in me so that I can still exercise and I don't feel like I'm going to the extremes that I did when I was younger. I really will stop at 127 and I am excited to be a thinner but healthy version of me ;)

Glad to hear that you have gotten past a lot of things and are making progress. Seems like you have it under control. :)
