더 자고싶었지만 중간에 깸

어제 점심으로 먹은 닭갈비가 짰다..
아직까지도 닭갈비의 짠기가 남아있는듯..
62.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
