starting again again but with new goals. min. of 30 gm protein per meal. keep carb grams under 200 per day. Goal prevent muscle loss, keep strengthen. Insulin at 15-25. BS between 100- 120 and A1C 6.1 or better. eating for my age (72), health and stay strong, active.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
