I'm glad to hear it dear I hope with it your energy levels go up and that you feel less tightness. I know when my inflammation is bothering me that it causes a lot of tightness in my legs and arms particularly my legs though. in my particular case it causes banding and the legs and in my head particularly my forehead region. I wish you luck in this particular issue I know that you have a lot of issues with inflammation from your posts. I've been trying to increase my water myself to combat these types of issues so far I've had middling success but I know as the warmer weather approaches that I need to get better because it will become more and more of an issue with the heat.

Thank you all for your support. It’s a constant struggle. No drs can answer. I eat an anti-Inflammation diet. I don’t do soda, very little fat and sugar. I have stayed under 1200 calories a day for a year. I swim twice a week and do yoga. Frustrated. I have energy but I fade fast. The swimming should help that out. I swim 10 laps in an Olympic sized pool. I’ll go up as I keep going. That helps everything. It’s a metabolism thing. My endocrinologist has me doing IF so I’ve tried it 2 ways now. I’m eating breakfast every other day. Always do a protein shake. Thanks again!

Leah I feel for you. I drink 2-2.5 of water a day. I get the leg tightness. I’m so thankful for the local aquatic center! I love to swim and it’s helped my leg stiffness a lot. Heat is just awful. I live on the coast of NC abd last year it got to 120 degrees. I was out in it and dying. Hoping to relocate back to the mountains in a year or two. At my age, I cannot do heat at all. Thanks for the support! I wish you the best and everyone else too! 🌈🌈🌈🌈
