⛳️短期目標:上個低點51.8kg

體重52.9,降0.6kg
體脂29.3,降0.3%
這週體重+體脂降的幅度不錯
飲食有✔️照著減脂比例、✔️提高蛋白質攝取
豆漿+雞胸肉是減脂好夥伴
以後繼續保持,不知道吃什麼可以照著這週吃
