morning again...actually went to the gym an did an hour on treadmill this morning...was a struggle to get up an head in..almost talked myself out of it several times...decided to weigh in an adjust the increase...guess it was time to fess up and bite the bullet of not exercising an not eating right...was reading an article several days ago about sugar and how eating to much can cause you to pack the pounds back on...i do tend to eat alot of sugary stuff thru out the day...but since tuesday i have started watching my intake closer...seems like regardless of what you watch...something else is bad for you...why cant it just be a simple solution to working it all off...never easy gettin it back off...

True enough - it is easier to put weight on than to take it off, have a good midweek. I did a mile-long walk an hour or so ago and may go out and walk some more this evening...

thanks glen...yes very true about the added weight...i have been doing more morning walks lately...with the weather changing to cooler mornings...easier to get up an go for a morning walk...once i get enough sleep...
