Oh my! Ate far too much yesterday clearly!!! And not enough water. Skipping breakfast and will fast today till lunch. Also had salty foods last night... So feeling bloated and all not good. Bad start since I barely slept last night. Hoping for a better weigh in soon... The last few days are catching up and I need to take control now!
