Moving has been catastrophic for my weight. It's a lot more complicated than simply "moving", but I'll leave it at that for now.

I have an exercise bike and exercise for 45-150 minutes a day. I also have a fitbit (where my complete calorie counting goes on,) and try to get a minimum for 10k steps a day.

I have burned 437 calories on the bike today and have consumed 367. As long as I can make this a lifestyle, not a diet, then we're golden.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
