Day 25 HCG
Pinch test for body fat today....29%. Better than on my scale, but not 20-25%.
So, 20 pounds with a vengeance. Have to get serious about the protocol. Only 15 days to lose 18 pounds.
Today is a steak day to try to reset my taste buds, my brain and my motivation.
I have to do this. I would like to do this. I will do this.
