Ladies and Gentlemen, the struggle is R.E.A.L., up to 35 years old the body fat is like paper glue and easy to lose - between 35 & 45 the fat is a little more like wood glue and then 45 the fat becomes like superglue.....Have an awesome day and stick to you goals.
97 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

lol man. just keep on pushing. i have had tremendous results on doing Cardio on a fastet state in the morning..the the glue gets more like paper glue..easy to loose.lol Good luck man

Over 60, the best you can hope for is to gain weight slower. 🙈

Try and up your protein and more fat and less carbs … worked for me but I know not for everyone

I feel U. two years ago the fat melted but I'm now 47, with perimenopause and I still eat healthy and exercise but I still have more body fat and my weight is staying the same. the one thing I don't do often is weights and they say that's the key. I prefer walking, hiking, boxing.
