Oh hi! Here I am at day one. Trying to get a hold of my health and take control over my eating habits. It's not about weight loss. It's not about fitting a mold. It's just about me learning to be the best version of myself that I can be. And finding a community that will help me to stay accountable and encourage me to find my path.

Welcome 😊 I had some issues here with trolls a few years back n quit but the fact that most of the other users were actually really supportive kept drawing me back. Fortunately those who felt the need to nitpick have gotten bored (or got kicked out, idk) and aren't around any more, so it's really a very pleasant environment.. and the app is quite handy too.

Welcome! You are NOT alone on your weight loss journey!! what I like about this site is reading people's journals. We all have difficulties staying on track, we all have scars and emotional baggage and some people write about their journeys. It's good knowing that "it's not just me"!!

I am so with you on this. I just joined a local hiking group to get my self more exercise. There are different levels. Maybe look in your local area. Good luck!

I’m with you! I want to make smarter choices for me, so I can feel good both for my body and mental health. My inner critic is too loud so I’m trying to find ways to get my inner cheerleader to cheer a little louder! So hopefully, by following/sharing with others on their path will help me too. I do know that I need to be kinder to myself with regards to my Sugar addiction and lifelong bad habits in the sense that my new choices, new habits, & new outlook on food will take time to be the new daily reality. Gosh I hope that all made sense. Basically, I need to keep working on it every day, starting with using this app daily
