Back down... yea! No more yoyo for me! I am buckling down and sticking to this! No more "bad" cheats. Im staying away from the corndog stand and anything on a stick stand at the fair this weekend. I think I will pack my own snacks. I bought some SB meal replacement bars, and those are pretty good. I will take those and an apple. :o)
