7 weeks and 8 lbs total down. We are doing better than I had hoped. I have had a rough time with wanting desserts, though. Trying all kinds of low calorie options, and for the most part, they satisfy. But, I really want cake with frosting. I will have to adjust the rest of the week's calorie intake, but I think I will be having a slice this week.
