Ok, well, somehow I managed to gain a little over the past 24 hours. I'm going to chaulk it up to water weight and move on. I ate well yesterday and had a great day, so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
Also, the cinnamon pork skins and the french toast with pork rinds, really not so good. Turns out pork rinds are good occassionally as pork rinds. Once you try to make them into something they are not, you'll be dissapointed.
