I'm back on the blood sugar diet, and also using a healthy weight loss hypnotherapy. I'm feeling great and already managing to fit into clothes that were getting a bit tight. Tonight I audition for the part of Madame Fanny at my local theatre club. I've been in a show before, as Helga. That was a big incentive for me to lose weight and I did get to target, following the blood sugar diet again. i didn't maintain though, as I gave the book away.. I'm determined this time tho , as my boyfriend is a keen photographer and wants me to pose for him. Hopefully by July I'll feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Fingers crossed for tonight tho. That should keep me out of mischief if I get the part,😊
