9st 3 (half on at WW and that was without having had my dinner first as I usually do now! I had to work late then rush to a scout meeting so didn't get to eat till after weigh in, hopefully might level out a bit for next week to stay within my summer challenge limit!) I was very relieved to stay the same this week, another week of not walking, swimming only, and taking ibuprofen, and a sleepover in a pine pod at our local wildlife park, a fabulous experience, and the first day in ages when my intake exceeded my output by some way!! Unfortunately my knees don't seem any better for all this resting and medicating. I might see GP about them soon if no improvement. Went for family bike ride today but Map My Run didn't save it, I could cry! Even more galling was it saved my daughters' workouts and I WAS CARRYING THEIR PHONES FOR THEM!! So that's a few bounts points I'll miss out on, but the ride was nice anyway, I love cycling (when there aren't hills lol)
