Week 5. I am grateful for the .2 drop, especially after my 11th wedding anniversary fondue dinner this week. Still making it to the gym for my daily walks despite tweaking my knee. Thank goodness for my knee brace. I just had to scale back my incline and speed a little for a few days. Keeping it going.
