changing my goal weight from the 180 target from last 4 years and ro 170 lbs Body feeling better at this lower rate , only 3 pounds to go
78.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
