So I have put on weight. I blame this on my pulled leg. but it is finally healed to the point that I can start to walk and bike, I plan to change my diet and get to 200 pounds. It will be tough but it is time. No more being fat. I came close a few years ago to get to 237 pounds. I plan to eat during the day fruits and vegies. Limiting my serving sizes. Hope this works. No this will work.
