Week 2: Down another pound. Increased my walks to 45 minutes with a 1.5 incline. Due to foot trouble, I am unable to go any faster pace than 2.2 miles per hour. Staying steady with the 2000 calorie limit every day, averaging 1850. Overall, I feel good about my progress. Looking forward to another beautiful week.
