when I weighed myself 2 weeks ago... I weight 108.4 which was good compare to the fact that I was eating junk like nobody's business. I did the dukan diet which helped me get down by 2kg. which was nice and I did my research regarding dukan diet... and most people do gain the weight back so that for me was like a crash diet so I decided to continue with the dukan veggie list and add on fruits and cut out processed food that the diet allows. Like sweetener...dairy. So for I am eating fruit (2 a day) not more than that... and veggies and meat... mostly chicken and fish and mince... I am going to try and drink water. sweets and chocolate banned for the next month...losing 5kg in the month will be the best!!! weigh in next Friday
106 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 46 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Comments 
Try and alternate your carb days as well. Go 3 days of having a high protein and 1 day high carb. I'm assuming you are including a light activity in your program? At least do a walk in the mornings to kick start your metabolism.
