I'm so energized this morning. Although I have not lost anything in the past 24 hours, I tried out three new recipes from fat secret last night and they all three were incredibly good! The sausage and egg breakfast muffins are delish and we have breakfast covered for a few days now. Then, the zucchini with parmesean is just heavenly and the mock cheese crackers are the first enjoyably crunchy thing my husband and I have had since starting Atkins.
I think my few faults on this are possibly a little too much cream and coffee some mornings and then I am not recording the carbs I'm getting from unsweet tea either. And I don't think I'm going to bother. I'm beginning to lose some weight and I think if I really stall out, then maybe I'll take a look at those things, but unless that happens, I'm going to give myself that. Now, I need to get some exercise in, but our apartment gym has been so incredibly crowded and then we have a heat advisory every day this summer so walking outside is pretty much out of the question. Maybe I'll look into a workout video. My husband wants to do some yoga/palates only thing, but I'm thinking I really need some cardio as well. We'll see.
Alright, now to feel this positive all day! Better remember those vitamins....
