9st 4 (3 off at WW) Delighted to have result this morning for my target of Geekfest, I was a bit worried I might have peaked too soon and blown it before the big day! We had a great time and got loads of positive comments, and several requests for photos! Naturally I was no comparison to my two teen girls, but daym! I sure wasn't bad for an old bird lol! Even if I do say so myself haha :-) My body fat scales aren't coming now, and altho they're on offer in Tesco at mo I'm thinking, given my original doubts about the wisdom of having them, that I might just take this as an omen and leave well enough alone :-)
