Hey everyone! I'm under 200 pounds again. Went to the Heart Dr this morning, and naturally they have to put ya on the scale, LOL 😆 I had my heavy coat on and, shoes even. So, tomorrow morning, will be going back to the Orthopedic Dr to discuss possible knee surgery.
