Well I don't know how THIS happened but I've gained 2 lbs since Sat....I hit the gym pretty hard this weekend but I definitely made a concerted effort to rein in my diet and count all the calories since over the holidays. I'm just going to hope it's sodium or something I guess. Lame way to start a Monday!
