體重52.5,降0.2
體脂29.4,增1.3%,回到月經前
進入體重停滯期一個月了(跟12/2同體重)
但是體態有進步,漸漸變成自己想要的樣子了!
所以2024再繼續堅持下去吧!
飲食方面再多注意,乾淨飲食&蛋白質攝取要增加(可每天一豆漿一牛奶)
