So, new year new me etc etc... I haven't been on here in a while but I want to try and get back in shape. I always end up eating more in winter and I haven't been going to the gym or working out much at all because I've been working at my job a lot and had to move further away from my preferred gym along with a few more excuses. Weighed myself and this is where I'm at, so atleast I know where I'm up to and can focus on getting back to where I was.
