So yesterdays bonanza of fast food wasn't as detrimental as I thought. I wasn't going to weigh in today because I thought it would be horrific, but just said screw it and did it anyway, trying to stay in a routine. I felt much worse after eating it all than it seems to have really impacted me. And I made a nice refresher lunch today to get back on track: spring mix greens, feta cheese, green onion and fresh dill, and a home made lemon olive oil dressing. Barely 200 calories for a nearly overflowing bowl of awesomeness!
Gonna go grocery shopping this evening and load up on more fruits, veggies, berries, some good cheeses, a little meat, and some high quality breads for powerful fiber-filled breakfasts for fiance to take to work.
