Told myself I wouldn't weigh until the new year since I took the 23-26th off of dieting. I worked out every day except yesterday and I'm really pleased that eating whatever I wanted only put me up 1.2 pounds. Back at it today, want to drop at least 3 pounds by NYE. Small, attainable goals, one at a time 💪. No fast this week, just diet and exercise.
