ahay mbak...sabar aja atuh...klo mlihat makanan mulai ingin dilahap...coba teknik meenekan dengan jari...dpan cuping telinga bagian atas (bukan telinganya)ditekan memutar...tuk menekan saraf lapar...ni pengalaman sya sih..dan bnyak minum air putih yg sehat,,bukan yg hanya sekedar bersih
