體重52.4,增加0.2 體脂30.4,增加0.4 上週只有運動兩次,加上昨天吃麻辣鍋 體脂上次量inbody是29.2,家裡的體脂計不太準 下週改吃增肌比例,拉高運動品質與時間 就算運動日也要達到熱量盈餘,健身部分也要適時增加重量、次數,或是用新的動作刺激
