Today I start Christmas baking. This will be a challenge not to Binge on all the goodness. But, I think I have the will power this year. I'm so focused on losing weight this time. And I will let myself have 2 Cookies a day, if I feel like having them. There will be no pouting and crying, only forgiveness of myself if I eat too much. I want to enjoy my Christmas.
