I made my end of November goal. over by a pound. I feel like it should have been by a bit more but I think Thanksgiving and leftovers effected it all. If by nothing else, by sodium. Plus it's hard to really accurately calculate calories with recipes by other people. I also started a new job in an office instead of the janitorial job I had for 17 years. My daily average of steps went from 16k+ to 3k. Yikes. I'll need to figure out a better schedule because I only made it to the gym once last week. It sure makes a difference going from 5-6 hr days to a full 8 plus travel time. Hopefully it doesn't effect me much long term.
