six days of weight loss - not bad. expected a little uptick; didn't exercise Sunday (after exercising Tuesday through Saturday), had a heavy dinner Saturday (including breads, lobster bisque, creamed spinach, and more ribeye than a human should eat at one sitting) and also snacked just before bed last night. reset and ready to see if i can beat my personal best of eight days straight of weight loss. goal is 200 pounds by May 7 (the day I head to Tulsa, OK for my son's college graduation).
