I think I only lost the lb this week because I was so hungover on Thursday I could barely eat!
Last night shift tonight anyways so will be able to get back on track with diet/gym. :)
64.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
