Got lazy and let myself get back up to 180lbs. I'm not a Bear. I don't need 8 extra pounds, going into Winter. Had to Do Work!!
78.2 kg Lost so far: 56.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
