One thing - I am a beginner so I can build my muscles lot faster because of the noobygains,. Second thing - I ate a huge surplus which maximised muscle growth
Third thing - I didn't went for a sudden drop cut after BULKING I slowly did the fat loss phase
Fourth thing - it is my first bulk after my first mass cut 😀

My maintenance calorie is around 2700 and I ate first three weeks in 3500 calories and then moved to 3200 calories and 2700

I am 15 year old so I have a higher metabolism so the huge surplus was necessary 😀
It was a great question ! Thank you

at body weight 52 how your maintenance kcal was 2700. because less overall body weight is equal to overall less lean muscle thus requires lower kcal for maintenance. And how you found your maintenance kcal was 2700.

arulmay25 what you think is not fully right I am a mesomorph (skinny fat ) which is leaning towards endomorph ( skinny ) these type of people tends to have a more maintenance calorie than normal like a normal skinny fat guy has a maintenance calorie about 2500 ( it depends ) but a skinny fat guy leaning towards skinny tends to needs little more calories to maintain . People who are endomorph ( obese ) tends to have lower maintenance calorie because of lower metabolism , but in other hand skinny People have higher metabolism which leads to more calories

I found my maintenance calorie by using a calorie calculator which showed around 2525 , but even after eating 2525 (or more ) for 3 weeks I reduced more weight , which leads to a conclusion that my maintenance calorie is not 2500 , then I increased my calories intake to 2600 and to 2700 which helped me to maintain that weight ( these calculators are not accurate Okey ! ) Like this I found it out give it some time you will learn about your body that's all

I have some questions please answer them-
1)do you want muscle mass or only bodyfat mass
2)what is your body fat % ( if you cannot check it just answer this - do you have showing abs ?)
3)are you calculating your calorie properly ?
4)are you serious about weight gain ?
5)do you have access to protein and gym ?

I want fair amount of muscle mass and body fat both
I don't have showing abs
I am serious about my weight gain and I am tracking my calories well
I don't have access to gym and my overall protein intake in a day is around 100 or plus
