Slightly disappointing but I did have quite salty food last night. I didn't realize the seasoning I put on my fish had salt in it and it was quite strong when I had dinner. I am well hydrated so thought I would have flushed it all out. Not sure why my weight seems to be stuck at the mid 54's rather than going back down to the lower end. It's not that I'm not happy with my weight but just would really like to be a bit more slender again. Oddly I do feel and see the difference.
