It's been a while since I logged in. I've struggled with endometriosis flare up in the past month which has lead to swelling and pelvic pain, bloating, severe fatigue hence triggering my anxiety and depression. Although I have been consistent with my diet and exercise, the scales don't reflect my hard work (my belly is carrying alot of fluid throughout this cycle.) I'm now focusing on building muscle and eating clean and less on the number on the scale. My goal weight was 54kg and I had a plan to reach that by the end of the November but I have to hold off for now.
