Well all good things must come to an end!!! And not my highest of the week either (I weight daily log weekly). My weight loss streak is officially broken. Not unexpectedly mind, mentally it was getting tough (the weather really turned in the pnw!), and I am ready for a few weeks of maintenance before a last push of the year before thanksgiving.

My calorie intake has been up, and the real eye opener is how much weight I put on through eating white rice! I must have been in a glycogen deficit and the next day was a big spike in water weight. Added to the increased calories is reduced exercise (strained my back), but back training this weekend so all good!

On the plus side my strength is up with the extra calories, so going to use this next couple of weeks to put in some big workouts (longer runs and I am rediscovering my masochistic love affair with kettle bells). So I am expecting to hopefully stabilize at this weight (+\- a lb or so) with the ideal being recomp a lb of fat into muscle.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
