Bit upwards again which isn't great but not the end of the world. Week day weigh ins always are a bit higher plus had quite some salty macadamia nuts. Today's fasting will be a bit shorter probably because I have a thing for work which is slightly annoying but it's no biggie. We have a dinner tonight which will disrupt my eating hours.
